How to submit Web Advisory Group (WAG) minutes for posting on the Library Web:
- Minutes must be created with Microsoft Word
- The header of the minutes must follow the convention:
Web Advisory Group (WAG) Meeting of [month name] [date], [yyyy].
Example: Web Advisory Group (WAG) Meeting of February 7, 2005 - The name of the Word file must follow the naming convention:
wagmnmmddyy.docx
Example: wagmn020705.docx - After the draft minutes are reviewed by WAG, the minutes should be emailed to lweber@berkeley.
