MINUTES

Present: Brown (Chair), Fleming, Gatten, Wilkinson

Absent: Koskinen, Tait, Warren
1. Review of Minutes:
ACTION: Minutes approved with corrections.

2. Volunteer to take minutes:
ACTION: Brown rcorded the minutes

3. Schedule of Meetings:
ACTION: Another time(s) will be selected for meetings.
Brown will schedule next meeting and inform Task Force members.

4. Review of Student Organizations (Warren):
ACTION: Deferred to next Meeting

5. Vendor/Budget Information (Brown):
ACTION: Review of Vendor Contract deferred until next meeting.
P. Iannuzzi asked the Task Force to include a budget
recommendation for programs

6. Discussion of Item No. 1 of Charge:
Task Force is to focus on creating a program structure that will
not interfere with the daily operations of the FSM Café. Logical
opportunities for programs to take place in the FSM Café are: post
5:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays; or Sundays (pre-1:00 p.m.).
Brown distributed a preliminary draft of a Program "manual," based
on the Exhibits Committee manual.
ACTION: Members will review and comment on this document at the
next meeting.
