MINUTES

Present: Brown (Chair), Fleming, Gatten, Warren, Wilkinson

Absent: Koskinen
1. Introductions:
Each member introduced him/herself to the group.

2. Minutes:
Bill Brown took the minutes for this meeting

3. Schedule of Meetings:
The group proposed to have weekly meetings scheduled for Tuesdays,
from 1-2:30 pm.

4. Email Reflector:
Members were encouraged to use the email reflector (FSMEPTF) to
communicate ideas and issues to the group.

5. Review of Charge:
A preliminary review of the charge raised the following issues and
questions:

1. What is the nature of the vendor contract regarding
programs/events during working hours.
2. What budget is available to support programs?
3. May the space be used with a different caterer?
4. Item No. 1 of the charge will require the most time and attention,
and should be the first topic explored.

ACTION: Brown will inquire with Library Administration to determine
answers to 1-3 above)
ACTION: Warren will consult with ASUC sources and bring a list of
student organizations that should be aware of the FSM Program
opportunities.
ACTION: All Task Force Members will review the Library Exhibits
Committee draft to determine if any sections are relevant.
ACTION: All Task Force Members will consider issues to include in
addressing Item No. 1 in the charge and be prepared to discuss
them at our next meeting.
