3. Census kiosks forthcoming in March for some circulation units across campus; COMs will have additional information forthcoming. D. Eifler lead for this project.
4. NEW laptops at every already existing laptop lending location, combo of PCs and Macs.
5. E/W supervisor for Access Services currently hiring.
6. Gov't issue IDs - no one should be holding Cal 1 Cards for business purposes

1. ADA scanning requests for materials on reserve - Mark
1. If you see a hold an item for “MAIN-SCAN,” please do not cancel, it removes the scanning data needed for the digitizing process. The notation, ”LSP” - Library Scan Program, in a hold note, can and should be forwarded on and NOT CANCELLED.
1. If you want to expedite transit time, send the item(s) over to MAIN via student or staff courier from your requested unit.

1. Service animals follow-up, where does it stand? Nothing new or conclusive.
1. Agree to enforce current service animal rule to the letter (only dogs and horses) for true service, not emotional support solely.
2. Ongoing discussion about what is allowed. Animals on tables? In study rooms?
