2) Announcements
-The group welcomed James Washington, the new night and weekend supervisor for the Biosciences & Natural Resources Library.
-Mark announced PSC had supported CSG's recommendation to increase the default replacement charge to $150 (from $100), and the processing fee to $25 (from $10)
for all billed material. Lea added that beginning April 23rd, library fines would also increase to $10 per day, with a $50 maximum.
-Mark announced the North-South hallway in the Doe building will be closed from May 19th to August 3rd during construction. ILS will temporarily move to room
105 at this time. Most patrons will be directed to use the North Entrance to the Doe Library.
-Brian announced his term as CSG chair will be ending soon, and encouraged members of the group to email Sheehan Grant if they are interested in becoming the
         CSG Co-Chair.

3) The minutes were approved.

4) Brian suggested forming a Subgroup to organize the documentation that has been collected on the circulation notices/postcards. Mark, Meredith, Matthew, Marianne,
and Norah volunteered. Once organized, the information will be posted to the library website, or possibly as a wiki.

5) Sheehan went over a handout describing a few best practices in referring patrons to the Privileges Desk, focusing on CARS bills and/or CUBS blocks. Other topics
included graduate level privileges for student library employees (SLEs). Sheehan suggested rather than send each SLE to the Privileges Desk individually, Circulation
supervisors could email a list of SLEs to Sheehan, and he would adjust their loan privileges.
