5) Report on Reserve Renewals
Following a discussion from the November CSG meeting, Brian
collected and passed out information regarding how different units handle
the renewing of course reserve materials. Afterwards there was a brief
discussion about the different procedures each unit follows.
6) GLADIS maintenance log out issues
Penny reminded the group of the importance of exiting GLADIS
maintenance at the end of each workday, or when a session will be unused

enough maintenance windows for everyone. Penny brought a handout
explaining these procedures which Marianne agreed to post on the
CircManual webpage.
7) LSO Report
Systems corrected a chart string in the bill notice program after
it was discovered that all invoices for the Ethnic Studies Library since
November 2005 had been bouncing. Once fixed, all backlogged invoices and
credits were loaded into CARS.
The e-mail check in the patron file was changed to accept
@hotmail.co.uk addresses.
