- Electronic Resources: Known Problems
- UCB E-Help is the web-based ticketing system (FootPrints) used to report and track online access issues. Login if you are a UCB E-Help customer, or email eproblem@library and request to be added as a customer.
- CDL problems
- CDL Helpline: The first time you go to the CDL Helpline web site, click on the "New Users: Sign Up Here" link and fill in the new user form. Once you've signed up initially, your email address becomes your USER ID and your PASSWORD is whatever you set it to be. Then click the LOGIN button.
- To report urgent/critical outages, such as when a major service (UC-eLinks, PubMed, Ovid databases, etc.) is unavailable, please call the CDL Helpline at (510) 987-0555 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) rather than using the web form.
- Proxy Problem Report Form
- Please note: helpbox@library is for problems related to workstation setup, software, etc. Do not report access problems with licensed resources to helpbox.
