A billed item is claimed returned

Patron claims item returned. When a CR is placed,
GLADIS notifies CARS to place
replacement and processing charges
for the item in dispute

Item is found.
The Claims Ret'd Notice
is discarded, and

Item is not found.
The Claims Ret'd Notice
is sent to the patron.

If Library is at fault,
item is Discharged Free.
Replacement and processing
charges are cancelled.
    
If patron is at fault, item
is discharged normally.
Only the replacement
charge is cancelled.
             
A Claims Ret'd Cleanup
is produced 7 days later.
Unit searches its
stacks again.
