APPENDIX A: EXAMPLES OF ORGANIZATIONS THAT ACCEPT GIFTS OF BOOKS AND JOURNALS

Collection managers unable to accept gifts offered directly to them may, after consulting with the Head of the Gift and Exchange Division, recommend to donors that they offer items directly to organizations that accept gift donations. The following are some examples of organizations that accept gifts of books and journals for redistribution to libraries overseas. This list is in alphabetic order.
