Journal Articles and Book Chapters: We fill the majority of requests within 2-3 working days via web delivery. For items unavailable electronically, please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery. If we cannot provide the item, we will advise you as soon as possible.

Books, Reports, Standards, etc.: We can deliver UCB-owned material to you if you have a current UC Berkeley library card. See Library Cards section for more information. Non-UCB material may be available via Special Order.

How to Request: Submit requests through our web site or submit a request form by mail or fax. Contact us if you need a paper form for submission. Use a separate form for each item you request. If you need the item by a specific date, make sure you clearly indicate your deadline. Fill in all available bibliographic information. round bullet Current Awareness Service

This service provides timely access to the Tables of Contents (TCs) of about 140 public health journals. Visit our web site to review the list of journals and select the titles that best suit your research needs. We photocopy and mail the TCs to you as each issue is received. After you review the table of contents, you may order copies of articles by marking and returning to us. Note: Due to the nature of the workflow, we cannot process TC article requests on a "rush" basis. If you need an article right away, submit a separate document delivery request (see above) and indicate your deadline.
