"As of July 1st 2008, DHCS no longer contracts with the UC Berkeley School of Public Health Library for library services. DHCS employees should use the California State Library for on-line journal access, as well as document retrieval services and assistance with carrying out literature searches.

Currently on-line journals can be accessed at the California State Library web site and requests for retrieval of articles and other documents not available on-line, as well as assistance with literature searches can be made by sending an e-mail to cslinfo@library.ca.gov or calling 916-654-0261.

Please address any questions regarding the transition to Dr. Larry Dickey of the Office of Clinical Preventive Medicine (Larry.Dickey@dhcs.ca.gov) who will manage DHCS interactions with the California State Library."
