To use My ILL Requests, you must be at a campus computer connected to the Internet through the UC Berkeley network, or connected off campus via proxy server or the Virtual Private Network (see Connecting from Off Campus for more information).

To Log in to My ILL Requests:

3. What do I do if I do not have a PIN?

To obtain a PIN or if you have forgotten your PIN, you must first go to the My OskiCat login screen and click the link: Forgot your PIN or don't have a PIN? For more information on how to reset a PIN, see My OskiCat Help.

UCB faculty, staff and students: a message will be sent to the email address in your CalNet Directory listing.

Library cardholders: a message will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up for your Library card.

The message will contain a link that allows you to re-set the PIN.

A PIN must have an eight character minimum, with both alpha (A-Z) and numeric (0-9) characters. Symbols (!,$,#,&, etc.) and spaces are not allowed.

4.  How do I see my requests?

Once you have logged-in to My ILL Requests, your Requests will appear on the screen. After 15 minutes of inactivity, your session will automatically end. You will need to login again to use My ILL Requests.

Note: To view newly placed or completed requests, you must check the Show everything box.

5. How do I change the Record Display?

My ILL Requests automatically displays 10 items per page. You can use the pull down menu next to the Records per Page label to change the number of items. The options are 5, 10, 15, or 20 records per page.

You can change the order of the display by choosing the Sort by pull down menu.  You can sort by ILL number, author, title, or due date.
