      This is a guide to the literature on the design of libraries. It includes basic research tools, historical sources, and strategies for finding materials at UC Berkeley and on the Internet. Consult the Environmental Design Library reference staff for further information. UC Berkeley faculty, registered students, and staff who are off campus may use items marked UCB Only or UC Only connecting via The Library's Proxy Service or by installing the Connecting@Berkeley cd-rom.
