Finding Images:
In addition to the books and other sources already listed,
landscape images may be found in specialized books and on the web.
The archives listed in this guide are also potentially great sources for
images. See also Visual
sources (Environmental Design Library) for links to visual libraries
on the web.
Archives & Historical Societies:
Archives, historical societies, and local libraries can
be excellent sources of primary research materials. To locate materials
in libraries not listed in the Melvyl® catalog, use WorldCat
- UC Only; available via the California
Digital Library (CDL) web site. Many of these materials will be
available via interlibrary borrowing service; make your request via the
web or consult the
reference staff.
