Finding Genome and Specialized Databases

European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI)
EBI is part of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory. It provides analysis tools and several free databases of biological data, including nucleic acid, protein sequences, and macromolecular structures.

Proteome BioKnowledge® Library from Incyte
Proteome BioKnowledge Library is comprised of six protein databases containing information on human, mouse, rat, worm, yeast, and other proteins. Use Bioknowledge Retriever to search these databases by gene symbols or other properties associated with proteins of interest, or by using GenBank and LocusLink accession numbers.
