Tours for first year chemistry and chemical engineering graduate students and transfer students are scheduled for Welcome Week. Anyone else that would like a tour should contact the Chemistry & Chemical Engineering Librarian to schedule a tour or orientation.

SciFinder Scholar provides access to the online version of Chemical Abstracts, the premier database for chemical information. You can search by text, structure, substructure or reaction.

Introduction to CrossFire Beilstein/Gmelin
CrossFire provides online access to the Beilstein and Gmelin databases, resources for synthesis information and physical properties. Earliest citations go back to 1770's. You can search by text, structure, substructure or reaction.

CSEIL and the Teaching Library
The Center for Science and Engineering Information Literacy (CSEIL) and the Teaching Library offer instruction in the use of many Library resources, including the use of bibliographic management programs like EndNote and RefWorks.
