• Affiliated Libraries - The Library Task Force (UC Berkeley), Preliminary Report
• Provenance of the Task Force / Report: As a result of a discussion raised by Elaine Tenant, Chair of the Academic Senate Library Committee, the Affiliated libraries considered creating a committee to look into and facilitate AL-TL concerns. This Task Force, approved by the Affiliated Heads, and the corresponding report are the products.
• The author of each portion presented their findings.
• Open floor discussion, including comments and suggestions [discussion suppressed until the Task Force report is finalized; contact Lincoln Cushing with any questions.]



• Closing Remarks
• Jeff Cole (Giannini) was glad the invitation had been extended to staff and felt he learned a lot about the relevant issues.
• Lincoln and Lily request/welcome more feedback, including comments on preservation concerns.
• The final target date of the final report is still in progress.
